- Assist in working with Identity and Access Management (IAM) team in periodically reviewing user accounts, roles, and access permissions.
- Work with the team on provisioning and termination activities.
- Work with Business Analyst to document the requirements.
- Collaborate with respective departments to validate user roles and access needs.
- Work closely with the Quality Control and Compliance (QCC) team to initiate access review campaigns.
- Document review findings and ensure timely revocation of unnecessary or outdated access.
- Help maintain and update the IAM policies, procedures, and documentation.
- Document identity best practices and guidelines.
- Generate reports on access anomalies, violations, and overall health of identities.
- Work on IAM metrics under the guidance of the team
- Monitor and audit systems associated with IAM solutions and provide incident and problem management support.
- Under supervision, provide entry-level professional services as appropriate to the day-to-day operations of IAM.
- Work with various stakeholders, including IT, HR, and other business units, to gather requirements and feedback related to identity management.
- Help run App Sec scans in various environments.
- Work with App Dev team to communicate Application vulnerabilities and document them.
- Attend, IAM team meetings, participate in relevant workshops, and contribute to team discussions.
- Participate in the planning and implementation of projects and initiatives within area of expertise and ability.
- Assist in developing training materials related to IAM.
- Participate in awareness campaigns to educate users on the importance of IAM and App Sec.

- Pursing a degree in information systems, or computer science / technology, Cybersecurity
- Intermediate/Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, and Word. Working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Excellent time management skills demonstrated personal accountability and excellent verbal & written skills.
- Ability to be organized and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-starter with the ability to work under pressure independently and as part of a team.

- Pursuing undergraduate degree with a major in healthcare management, business administration, accounting, finance or human resources
- Prefer GPA of 3.0 or higher
- Prefer sophomore, junior or senior level
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint

The Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Application Security (AppSec) team under Cybersecurity is a critical function of the business that ensures all user identities across the organization are accurately maintained, monitored and managed. The team focusses on identity protection & management, ensuring that the organization remains compliant with internal policies and external regulations related to user access.
