What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Actively engage students through frequent interaction to motivate and inspire their learning
- Guide students in collaborative, problem- and project-based learning activities
- Provide constructive feedback on assignments using rubrics for assessment
- Demonstrate current subject-matter expertise and connect concepts across the academic program
- Offer feedback to program chairs on potential curricular enhancements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master's degree in Cybersecurity or related field from an accredited institution
- Professional experience in Cybersecurity or a related field
- Experience teaching adult learners online in higher education is strongly preferred
- Availability to teach remotely
- Preferred certifications include CISSP, CISA, CISM, IPP, CRISC, CCISO
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in online teaching methodologies
- Familiarity with adult learning principles and strategies
- Active engagement in the Cybersecurity field as a practitioner
- Additional relevant certifications or credentials in Cybersecurity
