      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with application owners and development managers to understand application security requirements
      - Manage team workload and create change requests as needed
      - Establish and maintain collaboration processes as defined in project proposals
      - Organize and prioritize security tasks using SNOW tickets and Jira
      - Monitor and report key performance indicators and service level agreements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proven experience in cybersecurity program management and delivery
      - Strong background in vulnerability management and penetration testing
      - Familiarity with secure build pipelines and CI/CD security integration
      - Experience with manual security testing and architecture design review
      - Competence in project management and conflict resolution

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of STRIDE methodology and application secure coding practices
      - Previous experience in a similar role within the cybersecurity sector
      - Familiarity with tools and platforms used in cybersecurity project management
