      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and implement organizational change management strategies to enhance employee adoption of cybersecurity initiatives
      - Coach and support leaders to act as organizational change agents within their teams
      - Provide consultative expertise to project teams, integrating change management activities into project plans
      - Build and maintain cross-functional relationships to influence and drive organizational initiatives
      - Create change deliverables such as trainings, articles, and communications tailored to various stakeholders

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 7+ years of experience as an Organizational Change Management Consultant/Lead
      - 3+ years of technical experience in the Cybersecurity field
      - Proven experience working closely with large Cyber Security technology teams with enterprise-wide impact
      - Passion for contributing to an organization committed to enhancing consumer experiences
      - PROSCI-Certified Change Management Practitioner

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master’s Degree in a Technical Field
      - CISM, CISSP, CEH, or similar certification
