This position is located in our Washington, DC office; however, a hybrid working model is acceptable.Your future duties and responsibilities:
• Set clear objectives, create a project plan/integrated project schedule, define milestones, organize and manage resources.
• Monitor progress and performance regularly.
• Coordinate all activities with a government Point of Contact/Task Manager.
• Manage project scope, schedule, and resources.
• Analyzing and evaluating risks by identifying the risk sources, impact, and owner, in addition to the probability of the risk occurring.
• Track work to be completed, set deadlines and delegate tasks to project team.
• Create and maintain a Contractor Project Management Plan/Management Plan document.
• Produce Weekly and Monthly Status Report for the client and review the details with the government project manager.
• Management of subcontractor resources and administrative activities.Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
-At least five (5) years of experience managing and orchestrating technical teams with Cybersecurity/GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) oversight.
-Proficient in the use of tools and methods to efficiently manage product deployment, sustainment, and cybersecurity incident/problem resolutions for a IT-based applications.
-Experience utilizing program and project management tools, such as Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel and Teams execute, oversee and measure project outcomes.
-Demonstrated experience overseeing cybersecurity assessments within a government IT environment.
Required Certifications: PMP and CISSP

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $111,600.00 - $241,600.00.
