What We’re Looking For
The Cycle Counter will maintain the cycle count program by performing daily inventory counts to measure inventory accuracy for the warehouse.
What You Will Do
• Execute daily cycle counts by physically counting and/or weighing product
• Perform inventory recounts as needed on any inventory variances
• Document any inventory variances, shortages or overages
• Track and report on non-conforming product as discovered through the cycle count
• Perform inventory adjustments per guidelines
• Audit any inventory discrepancies on an as needed basis
• Other general inventory and warehouse related duties, as required/assigned
• Assist with related special projects, as assigned
Who You Are
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Three years of experience in a warehouse environment
• Experience with a warehouse management system
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Intermediate level numerical and math skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Competent in Mathematics and counting
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be detail oriented
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Entry level skills in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and the Internet
Certifications:
• Forklift certification, a plus
