Manage logistics, inclusive of administration of partnerships, programs, and pop-up deliverables, including budget and event management
Provide business and budget management support including maintaining and tracking expenditures, processing invoices & tracking payment
Support multiple LOB D&I councils, affinity groups, and D&I client managers with quarterly updates, connectivity to enterprise and LOB priorities, events, and communications
Proactively identify and integrate improvements to existing routines
Assist with preparation of monthly scorecards and other D&I data analysis, in partnership with GDIO process team
Support D&I Client Executive with analysis of diverse talent for hiring, promotion, talent planning, performance, and attrition
Support the review of names of employees who have been nominated for enterprise D&I and TA internal and external events, development programs, and awards
Support the development and execution of innovative Diversity and Inclusion Programs that support business goals
Ad hoc projects, reporting management, and presentation preparation
Provide logistical support for LOB advisory councils as needed, on behalf of Client Executive and Client Manager
Strong analytical skills and experience using data to draw insights and sound decision making
Strong project management experience and skills
Demonstrated ability to self-manage, prioritize, and deliver on multiple projects simultaneously
Advanced Microsoft office skills - Excel (pivots, vlookups), PowerPoint (ability to create / update presentation decks)
Strong relationship management skills and the ability to develop strong interpersonal alliances at all levels
Sound judgment and strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, action-oriented environment. Able to operate in an ambiguous environment or an environment where priorities may change quickly

Job Description:Assists with development of diversity and inclusion solutions for the bank and solving complex problems related to core diversity and inclusion needs and opportunities. Drives projects, programs or processes with significant business impact involving cross-functional teams and/or organizations. Possesses strong technical and functional diversity and inclusion related knowledge. May also develop tactics to achieve diversity and inclusion strategic objectives across multiple businesses / functional groups. May serve as a SME to advise, consult, improve and influence diversity and inclusion related outcomes. Individual contributor role.
This role will support Global Tech, Global Ops, CAO, CFO, Legal, CACR, and GSEP.
The Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) Consultant I - supports the execution of Line of Business D&I strategy and programs. Partnering with the LOB D&I Client Executive, they are responsible for coordinating the timing and administration of key D&I processes and LOB-specific D&I deliverables. The LOB D&I Consultant I will work closely with the Global D&I leadership team, LOB D&I client executives/managers, and key partners to ensure the successful design, delivery, communication, and administration of core D&I processes: internal and external conferences/summits, awards/recognition ceremonies, internal/external surveys, major external partner events and more.
