What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design and develop Microsoft Dynamics 365 Portal websites using Power Pages
- Assist in the development and maintenance of the CRM Dealer Portal product
- Customize Microsoft Dynamics CRM entities, forms, and views to meet business requirements
- Develop C# based plugin code for logical calculations and deployment using the Plugin Registration Tool
- Collaborate with the Lead Software Engineer and other team members in daily meetings and code reviews

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Dynamics 365 configuration and customization
- Strong background in Dynamics 365 Portals/Power Pages and related technologies
- Proficiency in Power Automate, Azure, and C#
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control tools (Git, Azure DevOps)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of Canvas Apps Development and PCF Controls
- Experience in Azure Logic App and Function App development
- Microsoft certifications in Dynamics and programming languages
