      JOB DESCRIPTION
      "The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the D365 Operations application, troubleshooting issues, implementing solutions, and providing guidance to users. This role requires a deep understanding of D365 Operations functionality, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities.

      Responsibilities:
      • Application Support: Provide timely and effective support for all D365 Operations-related issues, including troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution.
      • User Assistance: Assist users with inquiries, errors, and requests related to D365 Operations functionality, configurations, and processes.
      • Incident Management: Manage and prioritize support tickets, ensuring that all issues are addressed promptly and effectively, and escalate when necessary.
      • Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of support processes, issue resolutions, and system configurations.
      • Configuration and Customization: Assist in the configuration and customization of D365 Operations to meet business requirements and optimize system performance.
      • Training: Provide training and guidance to end-users on D365 Operations functionality, best practices, and workflows.
      • Testing and Quality Assurance: Participate in testing activities for system updates, patches, and enhancements to ensure smooth deployment and minimal disruption to operations.
      • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement, system enhancements, and efficiency gains within the D365 Operations environment.
      • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, business analysts, developers, and stakeholders, to ensure alignment between business needs and system capabilities.
      Qualifications:
      • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
      • Proven experience (3+ years) in providing application support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Operations (formerly known as Dynamics AX).
      • Strong understanding of D365 Operations functionality, including modules such as finance and supply chain management.
      • Proficiency in X++ programming language and development tools for D365 Operations customization and extension.
      • Strong understanding of D365 Operations architecture, data model, and integration capabilities.
      • Experience with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to D365 Operations, including system configurations, integrations, and customizations.
      • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
      • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with users at all levels of the organization.
      • Experience with incident management processes and ticketing systems.
      • Knowledge of ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is a plus.
      • Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or related technologies are highly desirable
