      Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

      • Responsible for coordinating upgrades, designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining technical solutions in Microsoft D365 F&O and CE to meet the needs of our business.
      • Solution Development: Design, coordinate development, testing, and implementation of technical solutions in Microsoft D365 F&O and CE, including customizations, extensions, integrations, and workflows.
      • Configuration and Customization: Coordinate the configuration and customization of D365 F&O and CE applications to align with business requirements.
      • Integration: Design and implement data integrations between D365 F&O, CE, and other systems, using tools such as Power Automate, Power Apps, and Azure Logic Apps.
      • Data Migration: Plan and execute data migration activities, ensuring data accuracy and consistency during the transition.
      • Technical Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to users, addressing issues related to D365 F&O and CE solutions.
      • Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution design documents, development standards, and best practices.
      • Collaboration: Collaborate with functional consultants, business analysts, and other technical resources to deliver high-quality solutions.
      • Upgrades and Maintenance: Stay updated with the latest Microsoft D365 updates and assist with system upgrades and maintenance tasks, as necessary.
      • Training: Conduct training sessions for end-users and provide knowledge transfer to business teams.
      • Other duties may be assigned.

      Education and/or Experience

      Bachelor Degree in Business or an IT-related field; or four years of related work experience.

      Language Skills

      Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write reports & business correspondence. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, employees of the organization, and the general public.

      Mathematical Skills

      Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate and percent. Ability to draw and interpret bar graphs.

      Reasoning Ability

      Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram from. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

      Computer/System Skills

      To perform this job successfully, an individual should have Intermediate knowledge of:

      • Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 F&O and CE (e.g., MB-300, MB-400, MB-200) are a plus.
      • Proven experience in implementing and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and CE solutions.
      • Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) and Azure services.
      • Strong programming skills in technologies such as, JavaScript, DataVerse, and SQL.
      • Experience with Azure DevOps or other version control systems.
      • Knowledge of best practices in software development and solution architecture.
      • Familiarity with agile project methodologies.
      • Previous experience in industries such as manufacturing, or finance is a plus.
