      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Deliver and develop training for end customers, distributors, and distributor representatives on sensor technology data
      - Collaborate with training coordinators, technical support, and sales teams to enhance customer user experience
      - Customize user portals and reports to improve the user experience with software
      - Conduct on-site visits to educate dairy management teams and ensure successful system deployment
      - Actively raise issues and recommend improvements to support services and customer communication

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in animal science, dairy science, or related discipline preferred
      - A minimum of three years of experience in dairy management, reproduction, or as a nutritionist/consultant
      - Proven experience working in the dairy industry with strong knowledge of dairy farming practices
      - Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical individuals
      - Must possess a valid U.S. motor vehicle driver’s license without restriction

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
      - Experience with herd management software (Dairy Comp, Bovisync, PC Dart, etc.)
      - Background as a dairy herdsperson, reproduction specialist, or nutritionist
      - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
      - Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a proactive mindset
