      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead the development and delivery of training for end customers, distributors, and distributor representatives on sensor technology data
      - Customize user portals and reports to enhance the user experience with the software
      - Consult with dairy management teams to improve customer experience and ensure successful software implementation
      - Conduct audits to determine the financial impact and benefits of the sensor technology system for producers
      - Collaborate with the sales team to support customer consultations and enhance user satisfaction

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in animal science, dairy science, or a related discipline preferred
      - Minimum of three years of experience in dairy management, reproduction, dairy software, or as a nutritionist/consultant
      - Proven experience working in the dairy industry with a strong understanding of dairy farming practices
      - Excellent written, verbal, and MS Office skills
      - Valid U.S. motor vehicle driver’s license without restriction

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
      - Background as a dairy herdsperson, reproduction specialist, or nutritionist
      - Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive mindset
      - Experience with herd management software (Dairy Comp, Bovisync, PC Dart, etc.)
      - Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
