What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze forecast plan, manage inventory levels, and adhere to production requirements
- Lead internal and external partners in solving complex supply chain network issues
- Maintain accurate data in ERP and other systems
- Deliver communication for allocation planning
- Manage and maintain master data to support business systems
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate degree in Business, Ag Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- 2 years of related Supply Chain work experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong critical thinking, strategic problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and in team settings
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Supply Chain and/or Enterprise Resource Planning Systems
- Dairy background preferred, but not required
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Capacity to prioritize and organize effectively
- Ability to adapt to change in a positive manner to meet department goals
