What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze forecast plans, manage inventory levels, and develop operational production plans
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to optimize the supply chain network
- Maintain accurate data in ERP systems and ensure effective communication for allocation planning
- Provide long-term production forecasts and reconcile inventories to ensure accuracy
- Facilitate meetings and manage a diverse workload to meet established timelines
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of related supply chain work experience
- Associate degree in Business, Ag Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, with strong attention to detail
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to prioritize and organize effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Supply Chain and/or Enterprise Resource Planning Systems
- Background in the dairy industry is preferred but not required
- Ability to adapt positively to changes in a fast-paced environment
