Danish Payroll Specialist in Budapest

- Ensure payroll process is run accurately and on time
- Ensure payroll systems compliance and payroll data adequacy
- Review, analyze and improve the current payroll processes to ensure
compliance and readiness for Nordic payroll structure - Perform statutory reports to the authorities
- Analyze and resolve employee payroll tax inquiries and troubleshoot
tax issues affecting payroll - Payroll reconciliation, distributing and preparing payments, benefits,
tax calculation and reconciliations, executive compensation, Pension and
child calculating overtime - Full knowledge of industry practices and complete understanding of
payroll principles, taxes, concepts, and practices including compliances - Proficient knowledge in payroll time application
- Understanding of segregation of duties and internal audit
requirements - Identify and participate in any service or tech-led transformation
projects as required from time to time - Strong troubleshooting/problem solving, analytical, and technical
abilities - Establish close working relationships with business leaders and line
managers to understand business objectives and requirements to assist in
the timely delivery of people-related solutions - Update Standard Operating Procedures
- Support team training and knowledge enhancement sessions as
required - Mentor and develop the group HR team
- Proficient in MS Office: Advanced skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Danish and English - Medium proficiency (Read/Speak and Write)
- Previous experience working as HR Advisor within Hire to Retire/employee lifecycle processes
- The ability to organize and prioritize workload
- High level of attention to detail/accuracy and ability to obtain results quickly
- Able to work cross-functionally
- Systems aptitude: Working knowledge of SAP Success Factors / Hogia
/ Aditro preferred hands-on experience with other HR systems
