      Shift patterns: Mon - Fri (8:00 -16:00 | 8:30 -16:30)
      Location: Remote - once a month in our Rugby office.

      We a looking for a Data administrator to join our central data team remotely for 12 months Contract with once a months travel to our Rubgy Office CV2 ITQ

      WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?

      • Ensure data provided and requests submitted by Business Units are checked, verified .
      • Produce both regular and ad hoc reports
      • Ensure all processes once written are adhered to, mainting a high standard of quality and compliance
      • Display a willingness to learn about transport systems and processes to be able to perform duties within the context of a wider operational and technical understanding
      • Ensure new data (collection or delivery points, users, suppliers, etc.) are set up in line with each individual process and timeline under the SLA and with complete accuracy

      WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?

      • Good understanding of UK&I divisional structure
      • Ability to communicate across divisions
      • Data entry, analysis and reporting skills with strong attention to detail are essential
      • Experience working in a central support function within a large organisation would be beneficial
      • Good geographical knowledge of UK essential, and of Europe an advantage
      • Ability to travel to sites occasionally
