      Job title:

      Analyze complex data sets to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making processes.

      Your Role:

      • As a Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in transforming raw data into valuable business insights, driving strategic initiatives, and optimizing operational efficiency.
      • You will be part of the Marketing Insights & Analytics Global Centre of Excellence.
      • You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams within the CoE as well as stakeholders in marketing, sales and leadership teams and translate their business needs to technical requirements.
      • You will be expected to identify automation opportunities and promote data lake and data products usage.
      • This role offers numerous professional growth opportunities, including advanced analytics training, mentorship from senior data scientists, and participation in innovative projects. Additionally, we offer a hybrid working model to promote work-life balance.

      You're the Right Fit If you have:

      • 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.
      • Strong analytical, problem-solving, collaboration and communication skills
      • Proficiency in Excel & PPT are minimum requirements, familiarity with Agile ways-of-working, SQL and data visualization tools such as Qlik or Power BI are desirable.
      • A university degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
      • Familiarity with programming languages like Python or R is a plus.
      • Should have eagerness to learn & upskill, a keen eye for detail and a passion for uncovering insights from data.
      • Should be comfortable with creating data driven stories from analytical outcomes, making presentations to senior leadership and working in a global complex environment.
