What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform a detailed comparison of test CAS versus production CSC legacy systems, reporting variances and identifying trends across various parameters
- Prepare and analyze leadership reports to track key metrics, including the number of differences and correct entries on CAS
- Provide analysis on percentage variance after testing and data analysis
- Assist in the building and optimization of data sets to support claims analysis and other healthcare analytics
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify trends and insights that drive business improvements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proficient knowledge of SQL for data manipulation and analysis
- Strong background in data science and trend analytics, with experience in building analytical models
- Experience with Power BI for data visualization and reporting
- Previous experience in claims analysis and reporting, ideally within the healthcare payer or health plan domain
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in healthcare data analysis specifically within the Healthcare Payer / HealthPlan domain
- Familiarity with various healthcare metrics and reporting standards
