- Performs data analysis and visualization to answer business questions.
- Applies relevant digital technologies in processing both the inputs and outputs from the models.
- Develops and deploys statistical models.
- Receives direction from a project or team lead who might review both methods and results.
- Works independently on moderately complex analytics problems.
- Makes decisions on routine, limited risk issues that may affect the project team, or internal customers.
- Considers alternative courses of actions and makes timely decisions.
- Collaborates with engineering, architecture, and business organizations.
- Communicates analysis results effectively to wide range of audiences with different backgrounds.

- Business Data Analysis: Knowledge of business data analysis; ability to collect, identify, analyze and interpret business data using various kinds of techniques to meet business needs and requirements.
- Requirements Analysis: Knowledge of tools, methods, and techniques of requirement analysis; ability to elicit, analyze and record required business functionality and non-functionality requirements to ensure the success of a system or software development project.
- Extensive experience in predictive analytics
- Proficient programing in Python and SQL
- Ability to develop internal and customer facing dashboards in Tableau or PowerBI.
- Experience visualizing data using BI software such as MS Power BI, Tableau a plus
