What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop an effective reporting strategy

- Generate reports in PowerBI, Excel, and other tools
- Identify trends within the data and required data types for tracking
- Design and implement reports and dashboards with the data and analytics team
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business, Finance, Economics, or Insurance preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related role
- Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office products
- Experience with Power BI and/or applied AMS
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, and organizational skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience at a carrier or insurance broker
- Ability to create standard and ad hoc reports
- Strong communication and multi-tasking skills
