  The Data Analyst is responsible for completing data entry and risk analytics project execution through the use of technology.

  What You'll Do

  • Builds and creates reports related to business specialty.
  • Completes and submits all required reports based on assigned guidelines.
  • Reads, interprets, and conducts analysis of client’s insurance and program needs.
  • Completes review of coverages and programs and makes recommendations based on analysis.
  • Collects data for analysis.
  • Creates a visual representations of summarized data for simple end-consumption.
  • Maintains own connectivity with databases and understands available reports. Analysts maintain and collaborate with the team.
  • Assists in evaluating current product results; identifying needs to be filled; monitoring competitive options.
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
  • Provides technical guidance and training to other team members as assigned and participates in meetings.
  • Contributes to the team goals by accomplishing related projects.

  What You'll Need

  • Accepting applicants from MI, OH, IN and IL. Position is fully remote
  • A minimum of 2 years of insurance industry experience
  • Possess analytical skills and the ability to read, analyze, interpret, and multitask.
  • Adept at using technology. To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of agency management systems, proficient in Microsoft Office products.
  • All applicable insurance licenses as required by insurance line and state requirements
