- Oversee injury data management for Orlando Health, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and compliance with reporting standards.
- Utilize data management tools and analysis processes to track, assess, and interpret injury data trends.
- Develop, maintain, and manage databases to support data-driven decision-making.
- Leverage advanced Excel, SharePoint, and Power BI skills to enhance data visualization and reporting. (Preferred)
- Works collaboratively with leaders in the development, production, and continuous improvement of standard and ad-hoc reports related to occupational safety, environmental compliance, and environment of care.
- Provides expertise to acquire, manage, manipulate, and analyze data and report results.
- Synthesizes complex data to develop strategic and actionable reports, dashboards, and tools.
- Transforms raw data sources into business intelligence to drive key safety decisions utilizing appropriate methods, data visualization and advanced tools.
- Creates, maintains, and updates the enterprise Safety SharePoint site.
- Actively partners with functional subject matter experts for data and reporting.
- Works closely with stakeholders in a consultative role to assess data and analytics needs; recommend appropriate strategies, methods, and analyses to improve decision making.
- Develops custom dashboards and reports utilizing advanced technologies and data visualization tools including, but not limited to, Microsoft Power BI.
- Maintains standard definitions related to safety data metrics to ensure consistency.
- Develops templates for common requests to standardize and streamline work.
- Manipulates data from disparate sources to provide reporting for regular production and ad hoc requests.
- Assists users in ensuring their expectations are met during reviews of data (dashboards) and provide training as needed.
- Maintains ongoing liaison with HRIS, IS and the Enterprise Analytics team at Orlando Health to identify opportunities to improve data management and analytics.
- Maintains reasonably regular, punctual attendance consistent with Orlando Health policies, the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards.
- Maintains compliance with all Orlando Health policies and procedures.
- Works with information that is confidential or sensitive in nature.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Accounting, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Human Resources, or a closely related field. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

- Three (3) years of related experience in data analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, SharePoint, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).
- Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Position SummaryOrlando Health is seeking a Data Analyst to join the Corporate Safety Team. This role develops and provides advanced analysis, reports, forecasts, and modeling of critical safety metrics for Orlando Health.
