      SALARY: £35,700 - £44,000

      WHAT TO EXPECT


      This role is the Data Analyst within the HR Data Architecture and Compliance Team. Working on data quality reporting and error resolution within the HR SAP / SuccessFactors landscape.


      KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

      • Managing Master data sets.
      • Provide quality assurance of imported data.
      • Create best-practice reports based on data mining, analysis, and visualization
      • Evaluate internal systems for efficiency, problems, and inaccuracies, and develop and maintain protocols for handling, processing, and cleaning data
      • Work directly with stakeholders and users to gather requirements, provide status updates, and build relationships
      • Proactively analyze data to answer key questions for stakeholders or yourself, with an eye on what drives business performance, and investigate and communicate which areas need improvement in efficiency and productivity
      • Configure and create new reporting and analysis to meet operational and management demands.
      • Perform data analysis to assess quality and meaning of data.
      • Determining and measuring data quality


      WHAT YOU'LL NEED

      • Relevant experience in understanding People data analysis and reporting.
      • Understanding of HR processes and related systems and data
      • SuccessFactors reporting experience to include functional knowledge to perform reporting in SuccessFactors focusing on Employee Central.
      • Hands-on experience with reporting tools with SuccessFactors (Table, Canvas, Tiles, Dashboard, Story)
      • Strong SQL or Excel skills, with aptitude for learning other analytics tools
      • Proven success in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
