      Data Analyst
      The Data Analyst identifies current market sector trends and customer patterns through data analytics. This job assists in examining and identifying data trends that help answer business questions and improve decision-making. Working under moderate supervision, this job collects data sources, analyzes data and extracts key information. This job helps monitor and evaluate data quality to meet the organization's information system needs and requirements.

      Key Responsibilities and Duties
      • Assists with mathematical, statistical, and economic methods that determine market conditions, project consumer needs and inform business initiatives.
      • Identifies trends found from analytics and informs other lines of business such as product development and marketing decisions.
      • Helps develop statistical reporting and data analysis methodologies to identify key customer segments and to consider impact of potential future business decisions.
      • Works to develop detailed reports and conclusions for business, finance and investment management based on data summaries.
      • Provides information for additional research and analysis in line with statistical methodology.
      Educational Requirements
      • University (Degree) Preferred
      Work Experience
      • 2+ Years Required; 3+ Years Preferred

      • 2+ years of experience as Data analyst

      Base Pay Range: $66,200/yr. - $116,500/yr.

      Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
