- Lead projects through the concept design, analysis and implementation of projects that provide new or enhanced technology solutions supporting the internal operations/functions of the company.
- Leverage data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to create visually engaging dashboards and reports that convey complex information to diverse audiences
- Gather and use data and metrics to identify opportunities and drive process improvements.
- Collaborate in close partnership with business leaders to design, develop, implement, and support applications and technologies.
- Facilitate development discussions based on detailed functional and technical design specifications with both internal and outsourced teams.
- Analyze data for patterns, trends, and anomalies to inform business strategies and initiatives
- Assist in developing data-driven tactical and strategic guidance for business stakeholders
- Work collaboratively with others to achieve business objectives using communication and diplomacy skills.
- Bachelor’s degree
- 4 years of experience in predominately analytics role or similar in supply chain and/or medical device industry
- Strong understanding of Data Analytics and Analytics Tools
- Possess project management skillset to facilitate and manage projects
- Knowledge of Microsoft Applications (PowerBi, SQL, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, presentation skills
- Strong ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Self-motivated with excellent initiative and attention to detail
Work Flexibility: OnsiteStryker is seeking to hire a Data Analyst, Digitalization to support Stryker’s Mako Robotic Assisted Surgery Operations in Weston, Florida .
