- Conducting data profiling and analysis to evaluate data sources, including Amazon Connect and internal claims information, and identifying the best options for business information.
- Completing source-to-target data mapping specifications.
- Designing simple to moderately complex, flexible data models.
- Collaborating with test engineers to support data validation and testing activities.
- Partnering with operational areas of the business to ensure data solutions meet business needs.
- Managing and communicating effectively with stakeholders to understand and address their data requirements.
- Demonstrable experience as a Data Analyst
- Strong understanding of data profiling and analysis concepts, including identifying data anomalies and mapping activities.
- Proficiency in SQL and Power BI (Essential).
- Excellent collaborative behaviours and the ability to manage and communicate with stakeholders effectively.
