You will use data to provide insights required for identifying and reducing frictions for the self-service buying experience
You will be responsible for investigating, dissecting, and interpreting financial and behavioral data through visual toolsets that provide insights to drive KPIs
You will be tasked with analyzing key metrics to support the company self-service buying performance to generate insights and reports that drive increases in sales
You will provide insights that will guide continuous improvement projects and their priorities
You will assist with most data analysis inquiries about the e-commerce
You will partner with business stakeholders to identify, plan and execute data strategy for various corporate initiatives
You will lead the following studies and analyses: heatmap, sessions recording, A/B testing, recommendation systems and search engines optimization (SEO)
You use tools such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to measure site usability/effectiveness, and present actionable insights and recommendations based on data, results and best practices
You will use data input and responses generated from the Chatbot to advise, improve and grow the store conversational strategy
You will define, design, train and test machine learning models for automations such as recommendation systems used to cross-sell or up-sell products/services
You help define a data plan and KPIs during the initiation phase of projects
You help track, monitor and report projects progress
You will use data analysis methodologies to measure the effectiveness of business processes
You will partner with business stakeholders to help identify bottlenecks in business processes
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Must be able to lawfully work within the US and have unrestricted work authorization
A strong technical understanding of analytics platforms (e.g. Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, HotJar, etc.)
2+ years in direct-to-consumer (DTC) e-commerce analysis experience
Experience with database technology and SQL
Previous experience discovering and sharing findings with executives
Solid understanding of e-commerce KPIs, analytics, Google (GA4, Google Tags, Merchant Center, etc.), and best practices
2+ years of B2B e-commerce analysis experience
Previous experience with A/B testing and multivariate analysis techniques
Experience with Adobe Commerce (formerly known as Magento)
Exposure or experience with Python or R is a plus
Leader in the security industry

Data Analyst (eCommerce)
Position Overview: We’re looking for a Data Analyst with passion for exploration and discovering hidden insights through data analysis and utilizing web analytics to drive strategic business decisions. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, hands-on, well-versed in e-commerce and project management. They will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to understand and define business objectives. This position will serve as the primary subject-matter expert for e-commerce data analysis providing insights for ongoing store operations and global e-commerce projects throughout their lifecycles.
You’ll have the opportunity to work closely with various teams to help identify and solve business problems.
