What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design, develop, test, document, and maintain database queries and data analysis
- Translate large quantities of in-depth data and create reports that highlight overall significance
- Develop data reporting processes and ensure timely delivery of various reports to management
- Troubleshoot data integrity issues and analyze data for completeness to meet business needs
- Recommend and implement new or modified reporting methods to improve report content and completeness

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, or related field required (4+ years of comparable work experience may substitute for a degree)
- 2+ years of reporting/analytic experience
- 1+ year of Power BI/Tableau development experience
- Proficiency in SQL and developing efficient, well-performing queries

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in Statistical Software such as R/Python
- Experience in a managed care environment
- Experience in Medicare Advantage plan and Claims
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to accuracy and detail
- Self-starter with a proven ability to take ownership of job responsibilities
