What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design, develop, test, document, and maintain database queries and data analysis
- Translate large quantities of in-depth data into meaningful reports
- Develop data reporting processes to ensure timely delivery of various reports to management
- Troubleshoot data integrity issues and propose documented solution recommendations
- Convert complex data from multiple sources into understandable formats for diverse audiences
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, or related field required (4+ years of comparable work experience may substitute for a degree)
- 2+ years of reporting/analytic experience
- 1+ year of experience in Power BI/Tableau development
- Proficiency in SQL and developing efficient, well-performing queries
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Statistical Software such as R/Python
- Experience in a managed care environment
- Experience with Medicare Advantage plans and Claims
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to accuracy and detail
- Ability to effectively prioritize and multi-task in high-volume workload situations
