Description:
This role focuses on the people side of change - guiding adoption of changes to processes, systems and technology. The individual partners with leaders to drive adoption and utilization of cybersecurity strategic priorities to increase benefit realization, value creation, return on investment, and achievement of results and outcomes.
The individual in this role will create and implement organizational change management strategies and plans to maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance; coach and support leaders to serve as organizational change agents; provide consultative expertise to project teams to integrate organizational change management activities into their project plans; and, build cross-functional relationships at all levels to effectively influence and drive organizational initiatives throughout a matrixed environment.
This individual should be able to lead cybersecurity changes from start to finish using existing tools and processes. Exercises independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks, and works under minimal supervision, uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors and determining the best course of action. They should also be proficient in creating change deliverables such as trainings, articles, communications for different types of stakeholders, etc.
Given the high degree of complexity, the role requires a unique combination of skills, including a strong understanding of cybersecurity, an experienced OCM practitioner, and someone who can perform independently with minimal supervision.About the company
