      Data Analyst, Hospitality Industry

      Excited to be part of the Big Data revolution transforming the future of travel?

      We are looking for a curious, analytical, innovative, and detail-oriented Data Analysts to join our growing “Travel Intelligence Data Ecosystem” team, at ForwardKeys, an Amadeus company.

      In this role, you'll transform business questions into actionable insights using data, collaborate closely with internal teams, and contribute to the development of data-powered products in the travel and aviation space.

      This is a great opportunity for a motivated analyst to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, international company at the intersection of travel intelligence and data science.

      In this role you’ll

      • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into data analysis and data science projects.

      • Collect, clean, and analyze data using SQL and business intelligence tools to extract meaningful insights.

      • Build easy-to-understand, interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, and communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.

      • Support the development and validation of data views and prototypes that contribute to product features.

      • Help maintain high standards of data quality, integrity, consistency, usability, compliance, and documentation.

      • Provide pre-sales and customer support on data-related topics for internal and external customers.

      About the ideal candidate

      • Proficient in SQL and comfortable working with large and complex datasets.

      • Experience creating interactive dashboards using tools like Power BI, Metabase, or Tableau.

      • Comfortable using Excel for data exploration or reporting tasks.

      • Effective written and verbal communication skills in English (minimum working proficiency).

      • Collaborative and effective communicator who enjoys problem-solving and learning with others.

      Helpful experience

      While not required, the following skills and experiences can support your growth in this role:

      • Familiarity with Python for data manipulation or automation.

      • Experience with big data tools such as Apache Spark, Databricks, or data lake technologies.

      • Understanding of machine learning techniques (e.g., regression, classification, clustering) and how they add business value.

      • Exposure to MLOps tools such as SageMaker or MLflow.

      • Experience with cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), including S3, Glue, or Athena.

      • Understanding of Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), and tools like Jira or Confluence.

      • Familiarity with travel industry datasets (e.g., aviation, bookings, hotel, or travel search data).
