Data Analyst – Full-Time Role in Atlanta, GA
ABM is seeking a motivated Data Analyst with 1-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. This role is critical to our data-driven initiatives, helping identify trends, support business decisions, and enable data governance. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, data engineers, and developers, to ensure effective data management and insights delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, document, and manage data sources, definitions, and domains.
• Collaborate with data engineers to map data lineage and ensure secure ingestion from various sources.
• Analyze and identify data patterns, trends, and opportunities for business improvement.
• Develop reports and dashboards using tools like Power BI, Tableau, and Alteryx.
• Work with teams to implement data governance, master data management, and security protocols.
• Partner with stakeholders to address data issues, root causes, and downstream impacts.
• Support change management related to data flows and transformations.
• Provide key metrics, reports, and insights for leadership and business teams.

Qualifications

Required:

• 1-3 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or governance.
• Proficiency in SQL, MS Office, Python, Power BI, Snowflake, and HTML programming.
• Familiarity with data visualization, security, and governance practices.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement and reporting.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
