- Bachelor’s degree in finance or business administration
- Advanced proficiency with analytical tools and software applications
- Strong technical aptitude
- Minimum of two (2) years of healthcare experience in specialty area or recent completion of an Administrative fellowship
- Experience with database administration
- Prior experience creating reports using Epic
- Epic Certifications in Data Analytics
- Full Time
- Monday – Friday 9:00am-5:00pm
- Hybrid, On Site 2-3 days/week
- Analyze clinical and financial data to identify trends, patterns and opportunities for improvement
- Utilizing Epic, other organizational and cardiovascular specific databases, and data sources such as Tableau, Health View Analytics (HVA) to develop reports
- Utilizes principles of CQI in all work situations
- Seeks feedback and recommendations from others to improve the quality, processes and services.
- Contributes to improving quality services and productivity (takes the initiative to continually evaluate one’s work, report problems, suggest solutions and try new ideas)
- Maintains positive relationships with all customers, employee, physician, patient, visitor, and guests

Job Overview:
The Clinical Data Analyst will collect and maintain information for the Heart and Vascular Service Line operations, focusing on providing queries and reports to meet specific departmental needs. This role will develop presentations, attend in person meetings, assist with cross service line data analysis and decision support for identified priorities and projects.
