What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Transform operational data into usable information based on business needs
- Create reports using various reporting tools such as FOCUS, Business Objects, SQL, etc.
- Manage individual work queue and negotiate due dates with requestors
- Assist in developing and maintaining reporting standards and procedures
- Work with project teams to gather reporting requirements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelors degree or 4+ years of professional work experience
- Computer skills including GIS, ESRI, ArcPro, Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong technical aptitude for data analysis
- Working knowledge of SQL and/or PL-SQL
- Analytical problem solver
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Degree or certificate in GIS or related discipline
- Knowledge of tariffs, contracts, and business unit processes impacting operational and billing data
- Good understanding of finance, business, and marketing principles
- Ability to work effectively with diverse functional and technical groups
