- Process Optimization and Automation: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement automated solutions for repetitive tasks such as data entry, report generation, and validation, enhancing data accuracy, efficiency, and overall financial management
- SLA Disputes : Analyze SLA performance data to identify potential breaches, resolve disputes, and reduce SLA-related issues with vendors
- Purchase Orders and Contract Validation : Validate purchase orders and contracts, ensuring compliance with agreed terms and minimizing errors
- Data Visualization and Reporting : Create insightful data visualizations and dashboards to present financial data clearly, enabling informed decision-making
- Financial Analysis : Apply financial analysis expertise to uncover trends, identify discrepancies, and recommend cost-saving opportunities while ensuring alignment with industry best practices
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience with financial data and reconciliation processes
- 3+ years of experience in a data analyst role, focus on financial data and reconciliation preferred
- Experience creating data-driven reports and visualizations for leadership
- Familiarity with SLA analysis and dispute management
Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets, including pivot tables, advanced formulas, and data analysis
Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Elastic, and Power BI for insightful reporting
Strong SQL, Snowflake, and AWS skills for efficient data querying and extraction
Proficient in financial analysis, reporting, and automation using Google Suite, Python, SQL, and Alteryx
Experienced with financial tools like Calero for invoice reconciliation, purchase orders, and contract management
Excellent communication, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
