What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze integrated datasets to extract insights that influence business decisions
- Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot complex scripts and reports using SQL and analytics tools
- Contribute to the planning and execution of large-scale projects with minimal direction
- Conduct root-cause analysis of data irregularities and present findings to leadership
- Communicate data-driven insights and recommendations to both internal and external stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in business, economics, statistics, mathematics, or related field
- Minimum of 4 years of experience working with large databases and data management
- Working knowledge of SQL/querying languages
- Experience with healthcare analytics preferred
- Strong quantitative analysis and data presentation skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master’s degree in a relevant field
- Familiarity with programmatic coding languages such as Python and R
- Knowledge of business intelligence and visualization tools like Microsoft Power BI
- Experience in Finance, Actuarial Science, or Accounting
- Proficiency in analytic techniques for exploring financial performance trends
