Responsible for developing strategies, programs and solutions based on business priorities, consumer insights and industry trends that support digital strategy
Create, gather, and assess market requirements through competitive intelligence and emerging trends, stakeholder and consumer feedback
Willingness and capacity to learn quickly and apply new knowledge
Ability to work 40 hours per week for the duration of the Summer 2024 internship
Actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree Computer Science, Statistics, Physics or other related degree at an accredited university during internship
Students must be authorized to work in the U.S. without future visa sponsorship requirements
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and a quick learner.
Strong communication and cross functional collaboration skills
Emerging topics in artificial intelligence, intelligent systems, conversational bots, and knowledge representation and reasoning
Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Excellent Communication skills, both written and oral.
Excellent Problem-solving, Analytical, and Organizational skills
Experience in writing solutions using Python, R, Java, C/C++, C#, Angular, HTML
Working on public cloud (AWS, Azure or GCP)
Experience in frameworks: Nextjs, Nodejs, Cypress, Playwright, Tailwinds.
CI/CD: Gitlab, Github, K8s, AWS, GCP.
Reporting & Management Tools: Jira Cloud, Power BI, Adobe ( Indesign, Ai).
Knowledge of SAS SQL Databases, database modeling and other Querying languages
Text Analytics and Natural Language Processing, Sequence Labeling
Knowledge of Data science & Artificial Intelligence/Machine learning, Probabilistic and Statistical Learning Methods

A Data Analyst Intern will be responsible for supporting the company’s Carelon Digital Platforms team. During the program our Interns will receive an orientation to the company and engage in challenging projects evolving around the rapidly changing healthcare tech industry. Interns are paired with industry professionals and mentors and will be given opportunities to stretch their skills and enrich their knowledge base to achieve a greater understanding within technology.
