      About This Opportunity

      Responsibilities:

      The primary purpose is to support data analytics and reporting capabilities (including but not limited to enhancing our data reporting capabilities, developing analytical solutions, and driving cross-functional insights that power decision-making across the organization).

      • Design, automate, and maintain dashboards and recurring performance reports.
      • Monitor and analyze operational KPIs to uncover trends and improvement opportunities.
      • Translate complex business needs into analytics solutions through stakeholder collaboration.
      • Develop analytical solutions and perform data modeling using Python and SQL.
      • Conduct ad hoc analyses to support strategic and operational initiatives.
      • Collaborate with data engineering and IT to enhance pipelines and reporting infrastructure.
      • Document reporting workflows and identify areas for process automation.

      Qualifications:

      • Bachelor’s/4-year degree in Data Analytics, Business, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
      • 2–3 years of relevant experience in analytics, business intelligence, or reporting roles.
      • Advanced Excel and strong proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
      • Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, and Alteryx.
      • Experience working with large datasets and creating scalable analytical solutions.
      • Solid grasp of data modeling, forecasting, and ETL processes.
      • Strong time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
      • Must understand the impact/use of multi-spreadsheet linking capabilities and must have ability to quickly learn systems for implementation/development.
      • Critical thinking, analytics, and problem-solving skills.
