Job Description

- Enable single source of truth for all Business Intelligence needs across Unilever and streamline data access
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to enable data-driven decision making
- Working closely with Insight into Action team to ensure business compatibility and impact
- Working closely with Data Foundation team to ensure data reliability & quality and data feasibility
- Lead with action ready insights purpose and enable a seamless and common user experience for fast adoption of the analytics capabilities
- Ensure to build action-oriented and easily read dashboards on Power BI that help teams make data-driven decisions
- Work with the development teams to translate UI/UX requirements and ensure projects are delivered
- Engage with stakeholders to understand the business, problem statement and requirements and communicate to all impacted stakeholders any data quality, timing or definition issues discovered (Global and local, internal and external)
- Priority management of business intelligence needs from different functions across Unilever
- Understand the dynamics of change management and influence the organization in order to increase adoption
- Bachelor or master’s degree in engineering, business administration or related fields
- Great communication and collaboration skills and agile mindset, self-organization as an individual and as a team
- Passion for continuous learning and transforming self and others around to bring value
- Critical thinking & flexibility to effectively work around technical & business constraints
- Balanced profile of functional business knowledge/understanding and data/analytics expertise
- Expected experiences are on:
- Data analyst, data consultant, business analyst or similar roles for Analytics or related departments
- Data visualization design and storytelling based on business processes and user experience
- Driving insights from large scale structured and unstructured data, exploratory data analysis
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyses, and disseminate significant amounts of information
- Ability to engage in formulating novel and compelling insights and engage in storytelling from data insights
- Extracting and dealing with data from multiple data sources (e.g. financial systems, Marketing databases, etc.) (tool agnostic)
- Clearly articulate data expertise work to non-data expert business owners and business work to data expert
- Experience in project management on Business Intelligence and Data Analytics platforms (e.g. Power BI, Qlicksense, Tableau) is a plus
- Experience in agile way of working
- Knowledge on Power BI, Python, SQL and Azure is a plus

We are looking for a Data Analyst who will join Turkey Team which is responsible for the industrial technology projects in line with the global roadmap.
JOB PURPOSE:
This role will work as a “Data Now Analyst” to enhance & enable data driven decision culture across Unilever by delivering strong and actionable insights to business teams with analytical solutions. This role will be a pioneer on digital transformation in terms of data analytics across Unilever.
