  Total Wine & More is seeking a Data Analyst, Merchandising Analytics to join our growing Merchandising team in our Bethesda, MD office. The Merchandising Analytics team supports buying and category management functions by developing reporting and tools to support business processes, executing A/B tests, and working on ad hoc analytical requests. You will report to the Director of Merchandising Analytics. u00A0

  You will
  • Support the Director of Merchandising Analytics to centralize, standardize, and improve reporting and analytics for the Merchandising department u00A0
  • Develop and maintain PowerBI reports and semantic models u00A0
  • Assist with maintaining and enhancing market intelligence data u00A0
  • Work on ad hoc analytical requests from the business u00A0
  u00A0
  You will come with u00A0
  • Bacheloru2019s degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance or Business/Management u00A0
  • 1+ years of experience as a data analyst u00A0
  • Experience with PowerBI development, including data modelling and report building. u00A0
  • Experience with writing intermediate/advanced level SQL queries u00A0
  • Experience with Google Cloud Platform & BigQuery u00A0
  • Experience with relational database concepts and ETL tasks u00A0
  • Experience with R and/or Python is a plus u00A0
  • Experience with writing VBA code to automate Excel processes is a plus u00A0
  • Retail or CPG specific experience is a plus u00A0

  The exempt compensation range for this position is $42,900-$88,000. Compensation may vary based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, market location, job-related knowledge, skills and/or experience.
