What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct comprehensive reviews and analyses of data management solutions to identify data owners
- Collaborate with stakeholders to document data access requirements and support data folder restructuring
- Monitor and maintain the integrity of data access across organizational folder structures
- Analyze policy and procedural changes to assess their impact on group functions
- Compile and prepare data sets for analysis and reporting to evaluate operations and services
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Strong knowledge of IT policies and procedures
- Proven experience in developing and delivering IT solutions focused on business intelligence
- Exceptional communication skills across all organizational levels
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools, including Excel
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Demonstrated experience leading, guiding, and mentoring colleagues
- Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Knowledge of statistical analysis methods
