For restaurants, we optimize revenue by providing a reliable customer base, reducing no-shows and cancellations, and unlocking access to actionable diner insights and marketing support. For our members, we remove the hassle & frustration of securing that perfect reservation.

      As part of the Data Analytics team you will provide insights and help optimize strategy by working closely with leadership across our marketing, product development, and finance organizations. The ideal candidate will utilize their analytical skills and tools such as SQL, Google Sheets, & Looker, to create live dashboards, extract and manipulate data, and provide real-time metrics tracking to senior cross-functional stakeholders.

      In this role, you will:

      • Understand our business strategy and develop data analytics strategies to support it
      • Utilize SQL to extract and transform data from various sources to support analytical initiatives
      • Develop and maintain live dashboards using Looker and Looker Studios, ensuring the visualization of key performance indicators (KPIs)
      • Present data in various ways to provide actionable insights for business stakeholders
      • Provide real-time metrics tracking, enabling stakeholders to make informed decisions
      • Identify trends and patterns within the data, offering recommendations for process improvements and optimizations
      • Prepare and present data-driven reports and analyses to senior management and cross-functional teams
      • Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams, translating business requirements into technical specifications

      What we’re looking for:

      • 3-5 years of experience in data analysis
      • Advanced knowledge of data analysis tools including Looker Studio and SQL
      • Detail-oriented, analytical skills with the ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks
      • Experience in a fast-paced, tech focused environment; startup experience is highly preferred
      • Experience in hospitality (airlines, hotels, restaurants, etc.) technology is a plus
