Duties & Responsibilities

• Utilize data to develop predictive models to be used for ticketing, business development, marketing, and other business applications
• Develop lead scoring models to identify new business opportunities
• Assess the impact of ticketing efforts, summarizing key insights and communicating relevant learnings and recommendations to stakeholders across the organization
• Build and maintain Tableau reports and analyses using various data sources
• Assist with marketing automation efforts for email and digital advertising campaigns
• Work with Content Marketing team to analyze and report on all digital marketing efforts
• Work with ticket sales teams to streamline and standardize CRM inputs
• Develop standardized SQL queries to pull automated reports from data warehouse
• Develop reports to evaluate partnership campaign efficacy
• Maintain utmost confidentiality (where applicable)
• Perform additional ad-hoc tasks as necessary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or another quantitative field
• Strong knowledge of regression analysis and other statistical tools/techniques required (R, Python, etc.)
• Previous experience working with large data sets
• Previous experience with SQL
• Previous experience with data visualization tools (Tableau preferred)
• High proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM preferred
• Ability to work non-traditional hours, including nights and weekends
