What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Utilize SAS/R programming for preparing analytic datasets and data cleaning
- Conduct various statistical analyses, including power and descriptive analyses
- Build and maintain REDCap databases for data management
- Prepare tables and figures for publication and presentation
- Attend meetings with the BSC team and collaborators to discuss project progress
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of a Master's Degree in Biostatistics, Epidemiology, or related fields, or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- At least one year of applied experience as an analyst or statistician
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with primary investigators
- Proficiency in SAS and/or R programming
- Ability to work independently and take initiative on projects
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in data analysis within a research setting
- Familiarity with REDCap for database management
- Previous involvement in preparing tables and graphics for publication
- Knowledge of power and sample size calculations
- Ability to lead projects and mentor junior analysts
