What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Gather, organize, and verify various data from multiple sources for projects, including data entry and verification
- Develop new data spreadsheets, databases, and data gathering processes based on project needs
- Administer performance dashboards, reporting, and data visualization for healthcare data
- Track performance measures over time, identifying areas for improvement
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau for informed decision-making

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must not be licensed or certified by the DDD Office of Licensing Certification and Regulation
- Minimum of one (1) year of work experience within the Division may substitute for a Bachelor’s degree
- Knowledge of governmental organizational structures and public administration principles
- Experience in data gathering, storage, analysis principles, and project management
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Experience with healthcare data, including extracting, transforming, and cleaning data
- Familiarity with developing/managing Google Sheets tables for BI dashboards
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheet formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis
- Experience in project management and process improvement
