What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Responsible for data mining, dashboard creation, and reporting, including identifying and analyzing trends
- Assist in preparing budget and reporting templates for weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting needs
- Work with the Operations team to understand root causes of trends and assist in developing operational improvements
- Troubleshoot problems related to systems and data sets, including software and configuration issues
- Act as a technical resource in assisting users to resolve problems with specialized technology systems
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of two years of experience in information systems, IT technical support, or a related field
- 4-year college degree in computer science, information technology/system, or a related field preferred
- Strong working knowledge of data management best practices
- Certification and/or proficiency in BI Tools: Power BI, Smartsheets, Tableau, and advanced MS Excel
- Good communication and customer service skills
