What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze and segment healthcare and call center data to identify trends and actionable insights
- Develop dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs, quality, and compliance metrics
- Ensure data integrity through validation and cleaning processes
- Communicate analytical findings clearly to non-technical audiences
- Collaborate with stakeholders, delivery teams, and project managers to drive service improvements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Health Informatics, or a related field
- 3-10 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, healthcare/call center analytics, or process improvement
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, SQL, and Python
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Exposure to Agile environments and tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps
- Experience in consulting or professional services
- Familiarity with dashboard development and database management
- Ability to obtain Federal Government clearance
