      SUMMARY

      Want to combine your love for Pets with your passion for data to drive a next wave of growth for a leading digital brand which includes Dogs of Instagram ? The Data Analyst will be responsible for evaluating the impact of integrated marketing campaigns, measuring end-to-end marketing and web performance , key performance indicators (KPI’s) , performing analyses to optimize campaign performance , and visualizing the data, making it easily accessible and digestible to key stakeholders at varying levels

      ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

      • Develops and maintains performance reports and dashboards on website, campaign and funnel performance and reports to stakeholders on a regular cadence. Analyze performance and provide thoughtful recommendations for optimizations.

      • Responsible for tracking, reporting, and analy zing the performance of marketing and web activities, ad-hoc analytic requests, and development and automation of regular reports.

      • Analyzes customer data using database queries (SQL), spreadsheet (Excel) models, web analytics tools ( Google Analytics , Tableau etc ), data warehouse (Snowflake) and campaign management software tools.

      • Analyzes A/B and Multi-variate tests, communicate results and provide recommendations.

      • Collaborate with Great Pet Care and media team to analyze marketing campaign performance to grow audiences and revenue across all platforms includ ing but not limited to eCommerce, GreatPetCare.com , i ts associated social media accounts, and @DogsofInstagram .

      QUALIFICATIONS:

      EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

      • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, statistics/ analytics or related field required

      • 3-5 years of work experience in marketing research, statistical or data analysis

      • Experience growing revenues and measuring media impact metrics required

      • Excellent digital aptitude, significant familiarity with ad ops technology, and affiliate tracking and management tools.

      • Excellent organizational , communication, presentation and analytical skills

      • Experience with analytics systems ( Google Analytics, Tableau and Excel ), SQL and data warehouse s /data visualization familiarity strongly preferred

      • Demonstrated understanding of marketing and web KPIs (CTR, ROI, CVR, CAC , MAU ) preferred

      • Proven ability in handling concurrent projects with attention to detail and accuracy

      COMPETENCIES (SKILLS AND ABILITIES)

      • Analysis of Marketing Programs

      • Develops, manages, and monitors reporting deliverables across key retail accounts

      • A nalyze and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns across multiple channels (e.g., display, website , email, social media) to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement

      • Development and Automation of Reporting

      • Develop and maintain KPIs, dashboards and reports to monitor campaign and web performance and provide insights to the media and product team s

      • Utilize various analytics tools to collect, analyze, and interpret data and provide actionable insights

      • Develop dashboards and reports showing a unified view of the consumer data across multiple systems

      • Competitive Analysis

      • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends, as well as to benchmark campaign performance
