Salary: $93,000.00 – $114,000.00 per year
This is a full time position.
Duties
The Data Analyst will work with key stakeholders to take an enterprise approach to internal systems, processes, data collection, and reporting needs across multiple business lines. This position will provide technical analysis and project support for several key organizational initiatives. The current primary goal is to identify key organizational data needs, gather the data, and establish reporting mechanisms based on the whole family approach logic model and theory of change. The secondary role is project support for shared services and research initiatives.

Job Qualifications
A minimum of 8 years of experience as a Data Analyst/Database Administrator is required
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field is required
Analyze, develop and maintain databases.
Work with key stakeholders and recommend solutions
Promote collaborative problem solving
Optimize data systems
Work with Business Analysts to define and implement process improvements
work with divisions to identify and track key metrics and KPI's
Support training development and documentation
Project management experience
Identify data presentation/visualization needs based on staff input
Interpret data and analyze results
Experienced in data integration projects
SQL Server, MS Access, MS Excel data visualization and BI products experience
Team facilitation skills
