What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Create, review, update, and communicate dashboards and reporting in collaboration with leadership and stakeholders
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
- Validate, filter, and clean data by reviewing relevant reports and performance indicators
- Collaborate to develop and execute a change strategy, including stakeholder analysis and communication plans
- Update and communicate ServiceHub and relevant metrics in collaboration with OIT leadership and agency stakeholders

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Two (2) years of experience as a Data Analyst in an enterprise environment
- Additional appropriate education may substitute for the required experience on a year-for-year basis
- Training or certification related to the work may be credited towards experience or education substitution
- Must comply with pre-employment background checks and possible drug tests for certain agencies
- Ability to relocate and reside in Colorado on the first day of employment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Three (3) years of working experience as a Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst
- Technical expertise in data models, database design, and data mining techniques
- Strong knowledge of performance analytics and reporting tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Tableau)
- Experience using statistical packages for data analysis (e.g., Excel, SPSS, SAS)
- Two (2) years of experience developing dashboards using data reporting tools
